Placement Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for Placement Assistance
Placement support is provided only to students who:
- Have successfully completed the course
- Have cleared all pending dues
100% Placement Support
Resource 4 Retail provides full placement assistance, but selection depends on student performance in interviews and company criteria.
Participation in Placement Activities
Students must:
- Attend all scheduled placement drives and interviews
- Inform the placement team in advance if unable to attend
Unapproved absence may lead to withdrawal of placement support.
Student Conduct
Professional behavior, punctuality, and adherence to guidelines are mandatory.
Misconduct may result in discontinuation of placement assistance.
Job Location & Role Flexibility
Students are expected to be flexible regarding:

- Shift timings

Withdrawal from Placement
Students who do not wish to participate must inform the Placement Cell in writing.
