At Resource 4 Retail, we are committed to providing structured, transparent, and industry-relevant retail training programs. These Student Guidelines are designed to help learners clearly understand the admission process, post-admission responsibilities, certification norms, and communication protocols, ensuring a smooth and professional learning experience. This page is applicable to all students enrolling in our retail training programs, skill development courses, and employment-oriented certifications.
Admission Requirements
To enroll in any training program at Resource 4 Retail, students must complete the admission process by submitting the required documents as outlined below:
- Submit a duly filled Application Form along with self-attested copies of mark sheets and required documents at the institute office or through the prescribed online mode.
- Provide a self-attested copy of Graduation / Diploma / 10+2 certificate (as applicable to the chosen program).
- Final-year students must submit attested copies of mark sheets of all completed semesters/years.
- Submit two recent passport-size photographs.
- Provide an Experience Certificate, if applicable (recommended for working professionals).
π Incomplete or incorrect documentation may delay the admission confirmation.
Post-Admission Process
Once the admission formalities are successfully completed, students must follow the post-admission guidelines to ensure uninterrupted access to training and certification:
- A confirmation email will be sent after admission, containing:
- Fee payment details
- Pending fee payment schedule (if applicable)
- The Student ID Card will be dispatched within two weeks from the date of admission.
- Students will receive the class schedule, course structure, and study material (e-book/online content) via email or designated online platforms.
- All emails from Resource 4 Retail must be acknowledged by the student through a reply email.
- Students are strictly advised not to submit any original documents or certificates to the institute. Resource 4 Retail will not be responsible for loss or return of original documents.
- Any change in address, email ID, or mobile number must be communicated in writing via email to the institute at the earliest.

Certification Guidelines
Certification from Resource 4 Retail is issued based on successful academic and administrative completion of the program:
- Certificates will be awarded only after successful completion of the course, as per the program requirements.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before certificate issuance.
- The certificate hard copy will be dispatched via courier or registered post to the studentβs correspondence address.
- A soft copy of the certificate will also be sent to the registered email ID for immediate reference.
π Certificates validate industry readiness and are issued strictly as per institutional norms.
